The short version
The site has decent new service pages, but almost nothing around it is working yet. It gets about 28 organic visits a month (Semrush) against 438 for Shamrock Roofing and 1,255 for Roof Repair Specialists. The three biggest problems are local: two Google Business Profiles with zero reviews between them, five different phone numbers across the web, and no address on the site. On top of that the site is slow on phones, has no schema, and is missing pages for the biggest roofing searches in Auckland, starting with metal roofing (5,400 searches a month).
- Month 1: fix tracking, merge the Google profiles, start reviews, one phone number, schema and the quick speed fixes.
- Month 2: push Re-roofing, Roof Repair and Membrane onto page 1, build the missing service pages, clean the links.
- Month 3: area pages, project case studies and the homepage push for "roofers Auckland".
